📦 What is FuelNine?
We are a UK-based snack box brand that curates a selection of delicious, protein-focused snacks from both popular and emerging brands. We help you discover tasty, functional snacks that fit your lifestyle.
🍫 What kind of snacks will I get?
FuelNine is all about balance - a mix of snacks that fit into real life.
Some are lighter, some are more indulgent, but all include a protein boost to make snacking and getting some protein easier and more enjoyable.
Each box is carefully curated from a variety of brands to bring you new flavours and textures every time. The box contains a mix of protein bars, balls, bites, and other snack formats. While most products contain a source of protein, we do not guarantee a specific protein content per snack - it can vary from around 8g to 25g depending on the product.
Some customer favourites may make a return in future boxes, especially when they've been rated highly through feedback.
Think of it as a discovery box for snacks that fuel your day - some for a quick bite, others when you need that extra boost.
💳 How do subscriptions work?
We will soon offer a rolling monthly subscription that renews automatically. You'll receive a new box of snacks each month unless you cancel. You can also purchase one-off boxes if you prefer to try before committing.
🔁 Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! If you subscribe, you can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us at team@fuelnine.co.uk. Just make sure you cancel before the 9th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box. Cancellations after the 9th apply to the following month.
🧾 Can I return my box if I don’t like it?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns based on taste, preferences, or allergens.
⚠️ Do your boxes contain allergens?
Yes — our snack boxes include products from various third-party brands. We cannot guarantee any box is free from specific allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or sesame. If you have food allergies or intolerances, our boxes may not be suitable for you at this time.
That said, we’re actively exploring ways to introduce allergen-friendly options in the future as we grow.

No — FuelNine is an independent business. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or officially endorsed by any of the brands featured in our snack boxes. We simply curate them for you to discover.
🚚 Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK.
⏳ When will I get my box?
A one-off box order will be shipped within 2 working days, shipping may take 2 to 3 working days. Subscription orders will be shipped shortly after our monthly cut-off date (9th). You'll get an email confirmation with tracking once your box is on the way.
