Welcome to FuelNine! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and conditions that govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
FuelNine is a UK-based business offering curated boxes of protein snacks from a variety of brands. Our mission is to help customers discover tasty, functional snacks that support active lifestyles.
2. Products & Subscriptions
We offer both one-off purchases and rolling monthly subscriptions. Our boxes contain a selection of protein snacks sourced from third-party brands. While we aim to provide protein-focused options, we do not guarantee a specific protein content per item.
2.1. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Subscription cut-off dates will be stated clearly on our website.

2.3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions:
FuelNine subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your customer account or by contacting us at team@fuelnine.co.uk.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming box, cancellations must be made before the 9th of the month.
Cancellations received on or after the 9th may apply to the following month's box instead. Once payment has been processed and your box is being prepared or shipped, we are unable to offer refunds.
One-off Purchases:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, one-off orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. If you've made an error, please email us immediately at team@fuelnine.co.uk. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of purchase or on the renewal date for subscriptions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Shipping methods and couriers may vary and will be confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown but are not guaranteed.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
FuelNine boxes contain snacks from various third-party brands. We cannot guarantee that any box is free from specific allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, or sesame).
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, our boxes may not be suitable for you.
All packaging will include original manufacturer labels. Please read these carefully before consuming any products.
While we currently do not offer allergen-free boxes, we hope to explore allergen-friendly options in the future as we grow.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify customers via email or our website when significant changes are made.
