Refund policy

At FuelNine, we want you to be happy with every box you receive. Due to the perishable nature of the snacks we provide, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items. However, if there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
1. Perishable Products
As our products are food-based and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Personal preference (e.g. dislike of taste or texture)

Allergies or intolerances
Please note: FuelNine boxes are curated from a variety of snack brands. We cannot guarantee that any box is free from specific allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and sesame).
We strongly recommend reading all product labels carefully before consuming. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, our boxes may not be suitable at this time.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the affected items/box
We’ll investigate the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Missing Deliveries
If your box hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation:

Please first check with your local courier or neighbours.

Then contact us at team@fuelnine.co.uk and we’ll help track it down or arrange a resolution.
4. Subscription Refunds
If your subscription renewed before you cancelled, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund for that billing cycle. You will still receive your box, and your subscription will end after that cycle.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming box, please ensure you cancel before the 9th of the month, which is our monthly renewal cut-off. Cancellations made on or after the 9th will apply to the following month instead.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us at team@fuelnine.co.uk.
To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, please ensure your cancellation is submitted before the 9th of the month.
